Refund policy

The guarantee

We count live listings — pages fetched logged-out, 30 days after your run starts, that render your product name.

• Fewer than half your package's listings live at day 30 → full refund.
• Between half and the full number → pro-rata refund of the difference.
• At or above the number → no refund due; we keep verifying anyway.

How it's paid

Refunds are calculated from the same report you can read at any time, and paid to the original payment method within 5 business days of day 30. You do not need to ask, and there is no retention call.

What isn't covered

Fees paid to paid directories at your request. Rejections for reasons we flagged before submitting — no public demo, wrong category, region locked, or a product the directory's rules exclude. Runs where a human step we flagged (payment, provider sign-in, captcha) was never completed on your side.

The fine print

Refunds are measured by the same logged-out check your report uses, and paid within 5 business days of day 30.

On rollback we send and track every removal request, but each directory honours it on its own timeline — we can't force a third party to delete.

Not covered: paid directories you asked us to buy, and sites that reject you for a reason we flagged before submitting.
